Warranty coverage varies by product and seller. The controlling warranty period and coverage are those printed on the original invoice, warranty card, or written sales confirmation. Contact Obera before purchase if these details are unclear.

Service request

Keep the purchase invoice and warranty card. Contact Obera with the product name, purchase date, seller, serial or model information when available, and a clear description of the issue. Obera will provide inspection or authorized-service guidance.

Typical exclusions

Unless the written warranty says otherwise, coverage does not include misuse, incorrect voltage, unauthorized repair or modification, accidental or transport damage after delivery, normal wear, consumables, or failure to follow operating and maintenance instructions.

ما لم ينص الضمان المكتوب على غير ذلك، لا تشمل التغطية سوء الاستخدام أو الجهد الكهربائي غير المناسب أو الإصلاح غير المعتمد أو الضرر العرضي أو الاستهلاك الطبيعي أو مخالفة تعليمات التشغيل والصيانة.
